    The items listed below are needed to process your loan application or approval.  Please provide legible copies of all requested documents:


     


1   Drivers License, Passport or other state issued photo ID for all borrowers.


2   Social Security cards for all borrowers.


3   Front and back of a valid and current Resident Alien Card for all borrowers.


4   Complete bankruptcy papers including all schedules and recorded discharge paper.


5   Signed credit explanation letter for all derogatory information on credit report.


6   Most recent pay stubs dated within 30 days of the application date, including at leas 30 days of year-to-date earnings, for all borrowers.


7   W-2’s for the last two (2) years – for every job, for all borrowers


8   Signed copies of previous two (2) years of Personal Income Tax returns (include all pages), for all borrowers (include current year if filed).


9   Signed copies (all pages) of previous two (2) years Partnership or S-Corp (1120’s)


10   Copy of divorce decree/child support order to show monthly child support income and/or obligations, evidence of three (3) years continuance and proof of 12 months receipt.


11   Copy of social security or retirement award letter for all borrowers. Copies of documentation to evidence receipt of funds for the most recent two (2) months, and benefits will continue for a minimum of three (3) years.


12   Two (2) most recent consecutive bank/investment/retirement/401k/etc. statements; must include all pages to all statements (even if blank).


13   Certificate of eligibility.


14   Copy of DD-214, and/or Statement of Service from Commanding Officer.
