Our Loan Process 

At MFC, our goal is to make the loan process as easy as possible – so you can enjoy the benefits of owning a quality Maronda home! The following is a step-by-step guide of what you can expect during your mortgage loan process: 

Step 1 – Upon visiting a beautiful Maronda home, meet with a friendly Maronda sales representative who will coordinate with a Loan Officer from MFC Mortgage if you’re interested in buying. Our experienced Loan Officers will assist you in finding the right home in a price range you can afford. 

Step 2 – Congratulations, you’ve purchased a brand new Maronda home! Your Maronda sales representative will have your MFC Loan Officer contact you to discuss financing options. Once you’ve discussed your options, you’ll complete the mortgage loan application either over the phone or in person. And once you’ve finished, take the time to review your personal information on the application and disclosures to ensure that everything is correct. 

Step 3 – You’ll receive your loan approval! Your Loan Officer will contact you after receiving your approval, and will review the additional items we may need for the closing of your loan (you’ll receive an approval letter outlining these items).  

Step 4 – You’ll receive a Welcome Call from your MFC Loan Processor. He or she will be working with your Loan Officer in obtaining any final documents and preparing your loan for closing. 

Step 5 – You’ll obtain your certified funds. Here, the Title Company will contact you within 24-72 hours prior to closing to review the items needed for your loan closing, including the amount of needed for your certified check payable to the title company (they’ll provide the endorsee name). 

Step 6 – Congratulations, you’re officially a Maronda homeowner! After you finalize the loan documents, the title company will hand you the keys to your new Maronda home!
